Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please text or call Deseo Medical Aesthetics at 480-734-3675 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please text or call us at 480-734-3675. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. You can also simply reschedule your appointment through the Square app.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $50 fee. This is non-negotiable, non refundable and no exceptions will be made. All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time to avoid charges. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.
